Some just sat on the street with no job, let alone no food or money. The White City's atmosphere was very preppy. Everyone dressed in.   ok so a year ago i had to research things on chicago. i found book that had a bunch of stuff that was really cool. i found a picture of this little city with white buildings that looked as if roman or greek. its called the white city. so i tryed to look i up and all i found were a bunch of old picture and no imformation about it now.
